Your baby’s arrival sets the pace, not a rigid calendar. While you’ll select an estimated timeframe based on your due date, we are fully prepared to adjust your check-in to align with your actual birth. Our system is designed for flexibility, ensuring your serene retreat is ready when you are.

When should I book?

Most moms reserve their stay 4–5 months in advance — but it’s never too early or too late! If you’re expecting or recently delivered, reach out. We often accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

How long should I stay?

The ideal length of your stay depends on your individual recovery. We recommend a minimum of 3-5 nights to fully benefit from our comprehensive services and allow for optimal rest. Extended stays are also available for those desiring longer support.

What is the deposit required to book?

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your stay. This deposit is designed to hold your spot, and it is fully applied to the total cost of your stay. You will not lose it if your baby arrives earlier or later than expected.

Can I use insurance or FSA/HSA accounts?

HSA/FSA Eligible Service Yes! Your HSA benefits can be applied to clinical services like lactation consultations, nurse care, and postpartum support. Most employers allow you to elect HSA contributions during open enrollment for use starting January 1st.

Do you offer payment plans?

At this time, we do not have internal payment plans or financing available.

Where is theRUBY Postnatal located?

theRUBY postnatal is located inside the Omni Houston Hotel at 4 Riverway Dr, Houston, TX 77056. We've blended the comfort of home with high-end clinical support in this exceptional setting.

What services are included in the experience?

Our services include 24/7 postnatal specialist support, nutritious gourmet meals, lactation support, night nurse care, nursery access, and luxurious accommodations.

Who are the nurses?

Experienced mother-baby nurses who currently work in local hospital postpartum units. At theRuby Postnatal, they provide hospital-grade care in a peaceful, luxurious environment.

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, and your baby’s specific essentials (formula/clothing). We provide luxurious robes, linens, bassinets, diapers, wipes, and Nanit cameras.

Is this only for first-time moms?

Not at all. Every mother deserves rest. Second and third-time moms often appreciate the extra support even more for their recovery.

Will my baby be safe?

Safety is our priority. Our specialists are highly trained in newborn care, and we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and clinical safety in our nursery.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure you stay connected during your stay.

Can someone gift me a stay?

What is the “Send A Little Nudge” request?
