Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can accommodate all our guests effectively:

1. Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of your total booking payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations made on or between 15-30 days before your scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of your total booking payment.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

2. Deposit Requirement

  • To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your stay and allows us to prepare for your arrival.

3. Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.

4. Shortened Stays

  • If you shorten your stay after arrival, you will be responsible for the full cost of your original reservation. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your stay.

5. Rescheduling

  • We understand that babies arrive on their own schedule. If your delivery date changes, we will work closely with you to adjust your reservation accordingly.
  • Our team is dedicated to accommodating your new timeline, subject to availability.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to reschedule your stay to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience at The Ruby Postnatal.

6. Exceptions

  • In the event of a medical emergency (with valid documentation), we may consider a full or partial refund, even if the cancellation falls outside the standard policy. Each case will be reviewed individually.
  • The RUBY Postnatal reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility closure, natural disaster). In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us by email at info@therubypostnatal.com.
  • All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to ensure proper documentation.

8. Waitlist Management

  • In the event of a cancellation, we maintain a waitlist to accommodate other guests. If you’re interested in joining the waitlist, please email us now or join our waitlist by clicking here.

9. Travel Insurance Recommendation

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.

10. Policy Changes

  • The RUBY Postnatal reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all new reservations.
