The ideal length of your stay depends on your individual recovery and preferences. We recommend a minimum of 3-5 nights to fully benefit from our comprehensive services and allow for optimal rest and rejuvenation. However, we also offer extended stays for those who desire a longer period of support and pampering. Our concierge team can help you determine the perfect duration to align with your personal postnatal journey.

We aim to provide a seamless and indulgent experience, so you’ll need to bring very little. We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, any necessary medications, and your baby’s essentials (diapers, clothing, etc.). We provide luxurious robes, linens, and all essential amenities. Our goal is to allow you to focus entirely on your recovery and bonding with your baby.
As The RUBY Postnatal experience is a luxurious wellness retreat focused on comprehensive postnatal care, it is typically not covered by standard health insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about potential coverage for specific services, such as lactation support or nutritional counseling. We can provide you with detailed invoices and documentation to assist with any insurance claims.
