Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially around the time of birth. To ensure fairness to all of our guests, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least two weeks before your scheduled stay will receive a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made within one week of your scheduled stay will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than one week before your stay are non-refundable.

  • Special Circumstances: We are aware that sometimes unexpected situations arise, such as a baby needing to be admitted to the NICU or complications during birth. If such circumstances occur, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with your family to find a solution that best accommodates your needs.

Our priority is to support families during this special time, and we’re here to help however we can.
